Buenos Aires

This capital city that was once home to the first lady of Argentina, Eva Perón, is a vibrant mecca that often resembles the bodega-filled corners of New York City or even more architecturally-lush cities like Stockholm, Prague, Tallinn or Bucharest.

On our last day in town, Missy and I really enjoyed strolling down Buenos Aires’ many tiny streets and neighborhoods.

Puerto Iguazu

This little remote town has a lot to offer, including the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls.

Puerto Madryn

Puerto Madryn has plenty to offer wildlife enthusiasts. Go see and experience Magellanic penguins in their natural habitat on the lovely and protected shores of Punta Tombo. Yes, it’s a long 2.5 hour bus ride there, but once you arrive, you’ll find it’s more than worth the trip.

Ushuaia

From catamarans to bus trips, the city located at the End of the World has lots to see and do.

It also has plenty of wild life that include birds, sea lions, seals and penguins.
